Forbes released a new study, which named the states with the most dishonest drivers.

For the rating, six indicators were used, including distracted driving and driving in a state of alcoholic intoxication:

• Number of drunk drivers involved in fatal crashes per 100,000 drivers

• Number of drivers who looked at their phone while driving

• Number of fatal car accidents involving a driver driving in the opposite direction on a one-way road or in the opposite lane, per 100,000 licensed drivers

• Number of fatal car accidents involving a distracted driver per 100,000 licensed drivers

• Number of fatal car accidents involving a sleepy driver per 100,000 licensed drivers

• Number of fatal crashes involving a driver who did not obey traffic signs, traffic lights or traffic police, per 100,000 licensed drivers.

The best drivers according to Forbes live in Vermont, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Ohio, California and Washington.
