Bestpass created citation payment service for truckers

Bestpass added the function of paying fines to the toll management.

Citation payment services will greatly simplify the payment process for fleets. National Seating & Mobility was first of the companies tested the new function.

As stated in a press release, the service of fine payment has been added to the option of managing violations of tolls. Now Bestpass will be able to provide customers with full information about the hidden costs of fleet operation.

Charlie Capps, National Seating & Mobility fleet manager, said that the service made it easier to pay for the associated costs involved with managing a large fleet of vehicles.

The new service will allow customers to upload full details of their fines to the Bestpass portal. From there, they will be provided with information about the vehicle and the associated costs. When the monthly report is sent, fleets will receive a count of all fines and truck costs.

The CEO of Bestpass stated that multi-vehicle fleets have experienced problematic bill payment processes on more than one occasion. Therefore, having a platform where people could view all the information saves a lot of fleet time.
