Navistar recalls 7 000 trucks due to engine defect
Navistar is recalling International’s trucks due to an issue that could lead to sudden engine shutdown.
According to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) documents, the connecting rod wrist pin in recalled trucks can crack, causing in connecting rod failure. This, in turn, can cause the engine stop and lead to an accident.
