At least 9 dead in 133 vehicles pileup in Texas

At least 9 people died in road accidents caused icy road patches in Texas. Officials said 133 vehicles were involved including 18-wheels.

A large-scale accident occurred on the Fort Worth highway. The collision killed at least 9 people. According to police, bad weather became the cause of the crash.

At least 65 people need medical help and the number of injured is predicted to rise.

The road on which the accident occurred is blocked in both directions.

This accident was the largest in Texas, but not the only one. Police also said about 300 car accidents in Dallas overnight. In general, the accident claimed the lives of three people.
